Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos
Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customized with an application that allows you to save maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also adjust the suction power, as well as how much water your mop uses.
A mapping function helps your robot navigate through rooms. An obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid running over wires, furniture, or stray toys. These features are vital in my home, which is full of toys.
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum cleaner, so it naturally comes with a host of features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and even raise its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also can avoid obstacles by spotting pet toys, plants and other small objects.
The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is the highest power of any other robot vacuum we've examined to date. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it from becoming stuck on objects.
The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad at over 6 Newtons to give a thorough clean. It also has an automatic mop lifting mechanism, which will lift the pad as it moves from laminate to tile, hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid getting soaked by these soft surfaces.
In addition to this, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad is capable of rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means you can set it and forget it, and only need to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank on occasion.
This is all powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop- and vac-settings for approximately 160 minutes before it started to lose power and returned to its base to recharge. This is within the range of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids that I've tested.
It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only downside is that it's pricey. But its abundance of features makes it a tempting option for anyone who wants to get rid of their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this model when you can justify the cost.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its impressive features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mops. It also includes an app-based controller that is smart and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.
The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is one of the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it did well across all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of debris from all floors and managing to lift long hair without knots. The mops also performed admirably, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement as well as the powerful cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's main selling point is its innovative multi-functional docking station. The dock emptys its dustbin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable mopping, and dry its mop pads for you. It also features a real-time hazard detection system and allows you to schedule regular cleaning sessions with its intelligent controls.
The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid mop I tried. In addition, its mops aren't as efficient in removing staining that is as strong as those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra’s high-end features, it requires regular maintenance. To prevent mildew or unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water and tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads that are sold separately also need to be changed periodically.
Given the L10S Ultra's premium price tag and extensive functionality I would recommend it to anyone who has the funds for it. If you're on a budget, I recommend a more basic model that allows you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best robotic mop and vacuum combination you could find but its cost and frequent maintenance would make it more an option than a necessity.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you require to tidy up mess and clean dirt off your floors. This high-powered mop and robot vacuum combo comes with an impressive 8,000 Pa of suction power and a huge battery capacity for both vacuuming and mowing and a top-of-the-line obstacle-avoiding. It even comes with a roller mop that cleans itself as it goes this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that have to return to their base station mid-clean to wash off the mop's pad.
The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the robot and it is supplied with a continuous supply of fresh water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Dry debris is swept away with the side brushes, or swept into the front bumper. The S1 Pro dumps mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked by the heater elements of the tank and it is emptied into a bigger storage container. vacuum bot can hold a substantial amount of water and handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.
As with most robotic vacuums and mop combos like the S1 Pro is ready to take it out of the box. The S1 Pro will need to be refilled with clean water. This is easily accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you do opt for this feature you'll have to purchase the cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit users to use their own choice of cleaners.
As with most robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was fast to map a room and it was able to navigate through furniture. It got stuck on carpets with thick piles a couple of times during my tests. However this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has lots of features at a reasonable cost.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level mop and vacuum, but it has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing mop pads as it goes. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a large portion of a space before it needs to return to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair on carpets.
The software that runs the appliance is extensive, and provides a variety of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start an entire map and clean of everything that the device maps, or you can choose individual rooms, expandable zones or even a schedule you've created. There are many mopping options that include SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the sensors on the mops to find the most efficient method to clean your home as it maps the space.
The Qrevo performed well in our tests, like the other Roborock models we've evaluated. Its navigation system is solid it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat manner. The 'Normal" pathing option covers a room well, without any major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective although it's not as advanced as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets with thick padding, but might not be able to identify smaller objects like rug tassels and electrical wires.
The most obvious flaw with this machine is the lack of a mop-after-vacuum option, which could be an issue for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. Thankfully, there's an easy solution: the app offers an option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. This lets you use the mopping function of the vacuum to remove the last remnants of dust and debris that are left behind by your vacuuming. It's a nice touch and can help the robot make its clean better than its cheaper rivals.
